Handing over in Summer 2022, the 5 block, 554-bed student accommodation, was a welcome addition to the Cork area.

Designed to rejuvenate the surrounding area while still complementing the picturesque nature of Cork City, the development used a combination of brick and render facade across its multiple blocks. Ideally located only a 7-minute walk from University College Cork, as well as 20-minute walk to Cork City Centre, the development will surely encourage more residents to take up more walking or cycling.

Residential amenities including a gym, wellness studio, communal dining area and study room, ensured that the development promoted a connected and community-based resident mindset. Targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good’ at Design Stage, and with prime views across The Lough, the development is sure to be a firm addition to the area.
