BREEAM New Construction, SBEM, EPC, Thermal Comfort, LZC Report

Comprised of 550 bedrooms spread across 14 storeys, the new-build student accommodation aimed to deliver a new landmark in the Lansdowne area of Bournemouth.

Achieving a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, the development maintained a strong sense of ‘community’ through its implementation of various communal areas designed to encourage residents to engage with one another. Emphasis was placed on a minimalist interior, without compromising contemporary luxury, resulting in an modern yet comfortable building.
