BREEAM Code for Sustainable Homes, SAP

Achieving Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, the new-build Blocks E and F consisted of 157 residential units. Located along the Grand Union Canal, the development maintained a strong focus around a sense of community by incorporating outdoor spaces and balcony provision to embrace the surrounding waterside community.

The uniquely contemporary styling of the sawtooth roofed development, with nods to previously existing canal-side warehouses, married industrial and residential aesthetics.
