Transformation of an existing surface car park into a multi-storey 400-space car park along with a 780-bed student accommodation completed in Summer 2022.

The extensive student accommodation, clad in sandy and buff coloured brick with accompanying metal window façade surrounds, was designed around a central courtyard to encourage a sense of community. Amenities included a gym, private dining areas, games areas and various study areas further encouraging resident socialisation.

Targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good’, the use of green roofs on the student accommodation alongside the extensive living car park wall ensured the development fit sympathetically within its environment, allowing a more aesthetically pleasing façade for the wider community.
