Comprised of office accommodation as well as ground floor retail space, the 8 storey new-build development blended seamlessly within its prime Belfast city centre location. Situated in close proximity to Belfast City Hall, and with provision for approximately 1,600 employees, HM Revenue & Customs signed a lease agreement for a period of 25 years.

Achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, BPP were involved in both Category A and Category B fit-out, ensuring a consistency throughout the development.
