BREEAM New Construction, SBEM, EPC, Thermal Comfort
A redevelopment of the former Natwest Court Offices, to consist of a 4* Clayton Hotel, 24 residential homes and flexible retail co-working space, is intended to rejuvenate the Broad Street area of Bristol city.
Boasting a combination of listed buildings and more modern architecture, the site is to maintain its iconic Art Nouveau façade which will serve as the grand entrance to the 255-bedroom hotel.
The blend of various architectural styles will ensure a unique development, while maintaining the distinct character of the area, and emphasis has been placed on generating a more vibrant streetscape by means of active frontages.
Achieving BREEAM ‘Very Good’, an Hotel EPC ‘A’ rating, and 20% carbon reduction via PV and ASHP utilisation we are sure the development will be a vibrant addition to an area steeped in Saxon history.
