The extensive new-build student accommodation scheme, located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, consisted of 1,085 bedrooms spread across two tower blocks of 19 and 21 storeys. Boasting an ideal central site, opposite Liverpool’s Lime Street station, the modern building provided residents with impressive panoramic city-wide views.
Designed to utilise its prime location, ground floor retail spaces were incorporated alongside communal residential areas and landscaping, enhancing both pedestrian and resident experiences.
Achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the modern yet comfortable design has ensured the development to be a strong addition to the Liverpool City skyline.
