Earmarked as the first Maldron brand hotel in Scotland, the new-build 300-bed development is situated in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Designed to sympathetically fit within the areas surrounding architecture, the combination of cast stone and brick ensured seamless integration.

With a central location, prime for both theatre and shopping districts, the hotel included a business suite and gym facilities to enhance the existing business draw of the area. A welcome addition to the Glasgow skyline, the 12-storey hotel achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
