Comprised of a hotel, restaurant, deli, and roof terrace, this 6 storey development was designed to compliment its surroundings - gaining approval from Historic England for its ability to mirror surrounding brickwork.
Achieving a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, the balance of brickwork, render, and living walls, ensured a contemporary building with environmental awareness that seamlessly fit the area.
