The 445-bed student accommodation located in the centre of Sheffield provided a new high-rise landmark on the city skyline.

Spanning 22 storeys, the modern development consisted of communal areas including a communal kitchen, cinema room as well as extensive study spaces, encouraging an academically oriented community environment.

Achieving an EPC ‘B’ rating as well as BREEAM ‘Very Good’, the developments brick façade was balanced by a landscaped roof terrace, ensuring a student oasis within a metropolitan setting.
