BREEAM Assessor

We are looking for a BREEAM Assessor to join our Belfast team on a permanent basis. The role, ideally suited for a Sustainability Professional with prior working experience of BREEAM. Primarily an office-based role, involving the support of our growing portfolio of project appointments, and assisting in the delivery of various BREEAM Assessments.

A successful candidate will be competent in the following:

• Professional work experience is preferred (BREEAM Assessments)

• Excellent standard in written and spoken English

• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Email and Adobe

• Capability to adapt to a fast-paced office environment

• Ability to work to own initiative, with a methodical work attitude

• Ability to meet deadlines

Daily duties involve, but are not limited to:

• Tracking, compiling, and reporting required sustainability evidence data

• Attending, contributing, and hosting sustainability meetings (primarily via teams)

• Support the BREEAM Assessment process, as required by the Associate Director and Director

• On-Site visits

• Any other activities required by in a fast-paced office environment

Graduate Sustainability Engineer

We are always seeking either recent graduates or individuals due to graduate, to integrate with our existing Simulation and Sustainability team. Working to the Director, responsibilities include a wide range of assessments in either Domestic or Non-Domestic settings as well as BREEAM Assessments.
